Recently a research organised reports that 10,000 steps a day or keeping onself active and always in motion makes a person fit and fine.

The problem with present generation is that they have forgotten movement. People now a days don’t even fetch a glass of water for themselves. They get someone else to do it. We get lesser and lesser opportunity to walk as we climb up corporate ladders .

There were 5.3 million deaths worldwide, recorded due to physical inactivity as opposed to 5 million deaths due to smoking. So people, make walking a fun and a habit in this busy lifestyle or else make your body a workshop of diseases. The choice is yours.
