Yoga is a perfect way to keep you healthy and fit. Either do it as your exercise or make it as the way your life performing it as one among your daily schedules. Every form of exercise has got its own rules and regulations and its the same with Yoga. Here are the list of basic precautions before starting to practice Yoga.
Where to do Yoga: Choose a place which has fresh air circulation preferably a garden, a terrace, or a workout place in your house.
What do You Need: A Yoga mat, a bottle of water, and a hand or face towel. You can also play some nice slow music in the background if you like.
Warming Up: Spread the mat on the floor and sit in a comfortable position. Take five to ten long breaths to relax yourself, then lie down on your back and stretch yourself by raising your hands up and toes downward about five times.
