Any common would know the relationship of its own country with the neighboring countries and its ties. India and Pakistan had never maintained their political or diplomatic relationships in a cordial way though there were/are bilateral talks and other exchange programs go by its schedule to occupy the positive column in the news about the ties between these two countries; India and Pakistan.
