    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am a permanent consumer of Airtel from last 5-6 years and often I face problems. This time, Rs.88/- was deducted from my balance towards message pack and Rs.1.50 is being deducted from 3rd march. This information I got from Mr. Trivesh Kumar – one of your employee of one of your call center via request reference no. – CBDVS20323260078/23.03.2012/07:58 and COVWC20323260075/23.03.2012/07:51. As per my request, services has been de-activated today. As per Mr. Trivesh, I was given information through messages for all mishappenings but since I used to get lot of unwanted messages so I used to delete all such messages without reading them and obviously this is practical in human nature. Only giving message makes no sense.

    1. He also told me that Message service is autonomous service so we will have to de-activate if we don’t want to avail this service. I used to get this service activated through our local Telecom center and this month also I followed same practice. This is the first time when I have been charged for this autonomous service and I didn’t heard before about this service. So think, If I have been known to this then why I would have been get it activated from local vendor. This service is good for us but we should be informed verbally in advance so that we can proceed accordingly. Now I had to pay double of same service.

    2. I am being charged for any “Airtel local information service” for Rs.1.50/- per day from 03.03.12. This is done again without my knowledge.

    I request you to please refund me Rs.88 + Rs.1.5*20 (30) = Total Rs. 118/-. Really, this incidence has brought disgrace to me. I referred so many people as well by showing practically that how good Network is this. Lots of people suggested me to change Network but being a loyal, I
    didn’t do this. But now I can say if no action will be taken then I will have to think something else. Rest is yours. Now, This time it is to see that what you can do for me and then I’ll decide that what best I can do for myself.

    I can see how many people’s complaint airtel is attending to, its very clear that airtel is not customer friendly and on top of that you do not even address grievances properly. I had called upon Your Mira Road(E) gallery on 23rd of June and called 999 to ask for the Nodal Officer’s Address,Name, and phone no. so that my grievances could be heard and addressed correctly. Called upon Mz.Prema Pai, whose no i was given, her being the Nodal officer at Malad. But Airtel; works only Monday to Friday between 9.30 to 6.30, is the recorded msg is what i got to hear. Again I called on the same number on Monady at 11.30 a.m.but again I got to hear a recorded message, and the voice in the afore mentioned recording was not clear. Fine, at least the message is quite clear that airtel is not ready to address me and my grievances of unfair deductions since last many months. Now let’s meet up in the consumer court Dear Airtel.

    without my consent or intimation iam being activated for Airtel Radio, Kannda MMS , Re 1 player services. rs. 4 was deducted which i somehow came to know after a month. de -activated it and today they themselves have activated for me Re 1 player service and Airtel radio service. rs.1 charged daily. please stop harassing your users and give genuineness to your business. the secret is never revealed. daily amount is deducted for which i never get an alert saying your money is being debited or charged. whereas they send SMS alert everytime we finish calling. its only after a few days i never made any calls and credit in my account was reducing i noticed iam being charged daily. the money lost is not refunded. 9845 368158 , if this is happening to educated people imagine the revenue per day if same is done to un educated illiterate people on a daily basis.

    We are using 5 postpaid connections + 1 land line + 1 Broadband connection of airtel

    i am using postpaid number of airtel : 9717323786 since i think 8 or 10 months the concern is that my current bill amount of Rs. 7080/- (seven thousand eighty) it’s too high just watch my previous bills it always around of Rs. 400/- to 700/- well I’ve called to customer care lots of time actually i am calling customer care since 16 july and i am still calling but there’s no solution customer care’s person told me you’ve used lot’s 3G data and you don’t have any 3G data plan i told him it’s totally fake i called to customer care i ask him about the 3G data plan before activation of 3G. he told me many plans I chosen the 100 Rupees plan carrying 300 MB benefits every month after that it will charge 3 paisa per 10kb as per customer care I told him please activate it person said ok sir I received a sms from airtel for 3G & Plan activation. Now customer care person telling me you’re using zero rental plan what is this i am calling to customer care i am visitingto airtel outlets all are making me fool it’s not fair what do i do now. What will do the customer I’ve irritated from all type of conversation

    Customer care person told me you’ve used 6 lacks something thousand kb i’ve forgot it. If i calculate it
    as per that person i am taking 6 lacks kb, 600000 divided by 10 kb = 60000 kb x 0.03 = 1800
    see if I calculate as per my plan 300 mb x 1000 kb = 300000 e.g. 600000 – 300000 = 300000
    300000 x 0.03 = 900 as per my plan hope you can understand this I’ll pay the bill as per my plan other
    Wise I’ll never pay. i’ll stop the all association with airtel e.g. i’ll disconnect all the connections

    The above connection is with me for the last ten years. From 17/4/2012 to 25/7/2012 i was in USA and i never used the phone. Strangly on 16/8/2012 i received a SMS on the phone
    that a sum of Rs 98/- has been charged for renewal of internet option. Here I would like to inform u that I never requested for internet on this connection. I was surprised how this has happened. On calling 121, I was informed that the request for starting internet on this connection was given on 16/7/2012. Here i would like to inform u that on this date i was in USA and i never used the phone, this u can confirm from the your records.

    Then how this all happened. I tried to inform on 121 198 but no one listened to me.

    Please look in the matter and reverse the amount deducted.

Today morning i found my airtel balance deducted for airtel SMS service pack of Rs. 47/-. I don’t apply for this service. May I know how it could deducted unexpectedly. Is airtel have rights to deduct these amounts from customers account without any information? Is it legal?

    hey this works for almost every service–
    1)- call ccs and deactivate all active balance deducting service.
    2)- now activate dnd (do not disturb) on your phone just sms to 1909 in reply you will get one msg ans in “yes or Y” . With in one week dnd activated.
    3)- now according to they cant disturb any customer regarding new plans and new service.
    4)-If it not stops you can contact consumer forum and it will help you to punish that company.

    Sir my air tel number prepaid 9631391679 bihar , i have recharge on 08.08.12 Rs 29 for STD tariff of 3minutes rs1 but from yesterday onwards (17.09.12)i have been charge 2rs for the same 3 minutes why this fraud only in bihar such kind of fraud is going on and what about my tariff reply

    Hi,

    Mannu here from Bangalore. Took Airtel Prepaid connection 2 months before; That too from Airtel Showroom at ITPL, Whitefield, Bangalore.
    When the time i took the connection the airtel person from the showroom had verified my id proof; Even cross checked with the Original.
    That time itself i told it is my Kerala Driving License and he said it is not a problem.
    Had provided 1 photograph also and duly signed and filled the form.
    Till yesterday;26th September there was no issues. My balance was less; Some 2 Rs. Tried calling home and got the information that number has been barred. So thought it is due to lack of balance and today morning recharged for Rs 201. Then tried and got the same message; IVR. So called up the customer care and then only came to know that the documents submitted is having issue and has to resubmit again. Then went to the showroom and cross checked and the personality sitting over there again called up the customer care and the tele caller had confirmed has to resubmit the same again for which i said to disconnect and to pay me back the amount which i had recharged. For that she said she will give nodal officers contact details and has to approach that person.

    My concerns follow;
    1. The connection has been taken from Airetl showroom itself and not from anywhere else. So if the documents submitted was wrong should have corrected then and there rather barring the number.
    2. No call / message communication was there from Airtel end regarding documents submitted. When i called up the customer care then they keep on sending message to me.

    Since it is kind of fooling from the company end, as a end user / customer i don’t want to go ahead with this service provider.
    Also with the same id card i had taken Vodafone connection which i am still using and they don’t have any problem in verifying the identity.

    Since long I’m contacting Gandhidham Airtel office and 121 service. Both of them are misguiding me and I’m fed up with poor their poor services.I’m having 2 CUG connections (9898347174, 9898290108) and I need outgoing call details for above numbers. Evenafter long and frequent attempt I cound not get the same. I shall be glad and thankfull if anybody can guide me proper to set airtel official right and obtain my details. Awaiting your quick response failing I shall be compel to share my bad experience with public and go to consumer court.

    my name is JAYAKUMAR and my mobile number is 9448xxxxxx and i am subscriber from the past eight months, as i have have my bsnl number portalled to this airtel connection as i am a costomer from the past twelve years before i could go for this connection i have been misled by the airtel REPRESENTATIVES as i did not know the exact amount for internet tariffs as when they contacted and got me subscribed to this postpaid connection they have not given the exact details how much i have been charged as i dont get my bills till date. i ask the airtel authorities to take up my suggestions at the earliest for my convenience and thank you for taking your precious time to go thru my complaints………
