  • Consume lot more dairy products, seafood, meals and poultry
  • Eat nutrient dense foods like legumes, nuts, seeds, olives, and avocados

  • Consume milk, cent percent fruit juices and vegetable juices
  • Consume lot of cereals as they contain lot of lipids, minerals and vitamins
  • Eat rich fatty acids containers like fish, nuts and olive oil
  • You can also take weight gain supplements like protein powder, fish oil and multivitamins
  • Take starchy water vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, green beans and  cucumbers
