Dy. General Manager: BP-01
Job involve Pre and Post Tender Activities including thorough knowledge of International Bid Preparation, understanding Foreign Currency Dynamics, Project Location Risk Assessment, Client Laisoning, understanding of Bid Documents and their Requirements, Price Strategizing etc.
The Ideal Candidate should be a Graduate Engineer in Civil/Electrical with International Transmission Line Construction background and Bid Preparation with at least 15 yrs exp in the field.
Graduate Engineer with 10 yrs exp in the above field or Diploma holder with 15 yrs exp from either Civil Mechanical or Electrical Discipline, Having MBA degree shall be an added advantage.
Graduate Engineers with 2 yrs exp or Diploma holders with 5 yrs exp. Having MBA degree shall be an added advantage
B. Quality Assurance
Senior Manager: Q-01
Job involves all aspects of Quality Assurance with respect to Customer Specifications, Co-ordination with Internal/External Customers, identification & Assessment of Vendors, and monitoring of FQP/QAP, Method Statements.
Graduates from Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering with 10 yrs experience or diploma holders with 15 yrs exp are welcome to apply.
Senior Engineer: Q-02
Graduates with 3 yrs experience on Diploma holders with 5 yrs exp in the above field may apply.
C. Material Procurement
Dy. General Manager: MP-01
Job involves, Sourcing Products, identifying Vendors, Cost Management, Negotiation Budgeting & Forecasting and operating within the Budget, Developing SOP for Purchase and Vendor Contract Management. Exposure on SAP would be and additional requirement.
Engineers in Mechanical/Electrical with 15 yrs experience or Diploma holders with 20 yrs experience may apply.
Dy. Manager: MP-02
Graduate Engineer with 6 yrs exp in material procurement or Diploma holders with 10 yrs experience may apply, having MBA degree shall be an added advantage
Graduate Engineer with 3 yrs experience or Diploma holders with 5 yrs experience may apply, having MBA degree shall be an added advantage.
Dy. General Manager/Additional General Manager: L-01
Job involves, meeting Delivery Deadlines, Planning Containerization, ensuring Port Formalities, Negotiation on Rates, Co-ordination with County Head, ensuring Transit Insurance.
Graduate Engineer in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical with 10 yrs experience or Diploma holders with 15 yrs experience or MBA/M.Com with 20 yrs experience may apply.
E. Construction Estimate of Projects/Walk over Survey
Dy. General Manager: CE-01
Job involves, Knowledge on Contract, understanding the Tender Documentation & Interpretation Specifications and Generating Technical Date, understanding Local Registrations, Various Tax Details, Knowledge of Collecting Local clearing and forwarding details, Budgeting & Monitoring of Costs, Monitoring Projects Progress, Preparation of Cost Benefit Analysis & conducting Walk over Surveys (Collection of various field details, cost of materials, cost/Hire charges of various vehicles, Labour cost, Transportation cost etc.) and preparation of construction Costs Estimates.
Graduates in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 15 yrs relevant experience 0or diploma holders with 20 yrs exp may apply
Sr. Manager Construction Estimator: CE-02
Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineers with 10 yrs experience in Tendering & Estimation in Electrical Transmission Industry or Diploma holders with 15 yrs relevant experience may apply. Also exp in walk over survey and collection of various details required for Construction Estimate is a must.
